As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hospitality Associates International, I am tasked to provide strategic leadership for the company. I am required to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies that are aimed at attaining growth, operational efficiency and the desired social, environmental and economic returns.

As Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing in MEA, my primary responsibility for top line revenue for all fifteen properties within the cluster portfolio. Overall responsibility for all profit centers (including room revenue, F&B, Catering, leisure) by developing strategic plans to generate demand and deploying resources accordingly.

As Founder and MD Hospitality Associates International, I was responsible for the formulation of corporate strategy and establishing standards by which the company would conduct business. Marshalling the organizations limited resources to the most productive uses with the aim of creating maximum value for the company’s stakeholders

As Resident Manager I was responsible for overseeing the operations of InterContinental Asmara in order to maximize performance, profitability and return. Ensure compliance with InterContinental Hotel groups brand standards. As well as achieving the annual targets on quality assurance, occupancy, REVPAR, GSTS, ESPS and Revenue Growth.
